BTW, after you delete the original header file, be sure to rename the one you created back to its original name (header_bg.png).

Hi Wing Chun,

I don’t know if you have figured out how to change that header yet (or just given up), but I finally opened the header file in Paint.net, erased the “Wordpress Theme”, saved it, then put the color and text on it that I wanted.

I then named it ‘header2′ (or whatever), uploaded it to the ‘images’ file (using FileZilla) in that theme, and deleted the original ‘header’ file in there.

There is probably an easier way to do this, but this way finally worked for me.

Am having the same problem – not sure how to get the WordPress theme out of the header (even though it nicely links to the site homepage).

Chewie,
Can you please tell me how to get “Wordpress Theme” out of the header in this theme.
I know it’s probably something simple, but when I try to put the blog title in under the General settings, I get an error.
