Paid forums like The Affiliate Academy will be money makers once everything is worked out. This is going to be recurring monthly income. Free forums used to make money with ad sales but I don't think that's the case any more. I belong to one forum that is free but when they do live chats at Ustream they charge you admission to the live chat. So if you have built your credibility in the forum than people will pay to go to the chat. I guess there are different ways to run forums. I have never had the inclination to run one however. Plus I don't know what expertise I would focus on. I guess it would depend on if it is a free forum or a paid forum to make money online with.
