Ok I am going to make this short and sweet. Matt Cutts came out at SMX and in short confirmed that links with nofollow are treated differently than before and that the pagerank which could be moved around by putting nofollows on links now vanishes. This has gotten people in a big scurry. Matt also says that this was implemented over a year ago and to their surprise people didn’t notice it.

OK lets stop there for a second because people are going nuts over how they are going to take down comments on blogs, and now change everything to dofollow on links, etc..

Here is what I have to say about it. If they made these changes over a year ago then what has changed in the last few weeks? NOTHING!!! Keep doing what you are doing, don’t worry about page sculpting and pay no attention to these so called “professional SEO people” who are panicky.

I think this guy may have motivated me to get back to video blogging again like the good old days on Bloggingzombie.com (no longer owned by me and completely revamped). He has some great marketing tips, and will not feed you crap. He is a straight shooter.
